Thank you for sharing Michelle!

For me, “being” feel effortless even while am putting in effort.

Most important things I constantly remind myself whenever I know I astray:

1) giving attention to my body and being able to pick up emotions like fear.

2) attention on my breath as in meditation while doing anything - work or at the beach.
